Author Biography

  • Sara Meghar, University College Cork

    PhD Student at the Department of Government & Politics at University College Cork. Her research focuses on critically examining the role of military industries within the broader dynamics of capitalist development and imperialist expansion, using a Marxist analytical framework. More broadly, her research seeks to advance a radical critique of militarised capitalism, contributing to renewed debates on how imperial power is sustained not only through coercive force, but through the deeply embedded economic interests of capital.
