Call for Articles Based on Papers Presented at Meitheal’s Postgraduate Research Conference (17–19 February)
Meitheal: CACSSS Doctoral Researchers Week is a fresh platform created for postgraduate researchers from all the departments in the College of Arts, Celtic Studies & Social Sciences (CACSSS) at University College Cork.
CACSSS is known to support the endeavours of its doctoral researchers, including through its annual conference postgraduate research conference. In 2026, this conference is incorporated into Meitheal, which marks an important and exciting week-long celebration of doctoral researchers within the College. Taking place from 16–20 February 2026 Meitheal will offer opportunities to share, learn and explore the diverse areas of research supported by the College.
Aigne’s association with the conference has been a long-standing one. With that said, the board warmly invites doctoral students presenting at this year’s festival to submit their papers to be considered for publication in Aigne, volume 12.
