Please upload your report to the Aigne website by August 5th 2025.

Reports should be 1,000 words in length and should be original, unpublished in print or electronically and not under consideration elsewhere.

Submissions can include reports from Irish conferences, international conferences and other

academic events in the realm of humanities and social sciences.

The theme of this issue is ‘Response: Reflection and Action’. A response is both an engagement and a reflection, followed by an action that confronts a question, situation, challenge or opportunity. The shape of a response may be automatic or unconscious, a simple reaction to stimulus, or it can be more contemplative. Responses can agree and reinforce, challenge and deconstruct, as well as modify, remould, and extend that which they reflect on.

Founded in 2010, Aigne (‘Mind’) is a peer-reviewed online postgraduate journal and falls under the auspices of the Graduate School of the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences at University College Cork, Ireland.
